Payment

All payments are processed through Google Checkout. A 9.75% tax will be charged for purchases with California delivery addresses.

Shipping

Shipments go out every Monday. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipments up to 1 pound all cost the same, so to make the most out of your shipping cost it might be a good idea to order multiple items, if you so choose (yes, that is shameless encouragement to order more). A tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment.

Returns

Sorry, we can't accept returns for an incorrect size at this time, so please be sure to pick the correct one. If your purchase is damaged or defective in any way, please email estore@7ktheband.com and provide your UPS tracking number and a description of the defect, and we will get back to you as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours.
